An excellent hotel and location is like no other, breathtaking ocean view. The room we were in is very clean, spacious and amenities complete. Also, the staff are very courteous and helpful. I will be here again within the next 30 days.

We arrived with no hot water and reported it immediately. They fixed the problem right away and resolved the problem that night. We requested a microwave and provided it right away. Pillows are great and mattress felt good. Staff is friendly and excellent service. Plan to stay again to this Hotel in the future.

Hardly a 5 * hotel It may of been once upon a time but now more like 3/4 * The property is in urgent need of a renovation Pools had tiles broken and missing The beach was not maintained to any extent Overall the property is not inviting Almost all paintwork is rusting or very faded The casino isn’t on site it’s a transfer bus ride away Must say the restaurants were nice. Great food and great staff

Nice venue, good views of sunset, the property is run down and falling apart, elevator did not work. The food is more like cafeteria food not classy or even decent. The pools were big but tile falling apart my son cut his feet so not safe at all. The aircon was good, coffee and bakery was good (Deli Shop). The staff was all nice and pleasant. Will not be going back due to poor property conditions!!

A bit overrated but good overall

The place was nice, room was clean and comfortable. This was to be expected since it's a newer resort. It was good overall but a bit pricey (e.g. a bottle of water costs P99).

It was less exciting than the first time we were ththerere in 2020. I booked a massage therapy and got confirmed but then when I showed up for the appointment, nobody was there.

The staff at the restaurant look so tired, The service was so slow, the drinks we order took 35 mins, we have to follow it up. They served the food one oder after the other! My sister’s food was missed! We were half way eating our food when we called their attention, that’s when we’ve learned it wasn’t included.

wrong timing for our stay, no wifi and tv signal for the 1st day, they fixed it the nxt day. on the day of the checkout power went out and the villa we stayed in has a very noisy generator. we were given 4 small bottles of water. we needed 2 xtra on our last day and they made us pay
