“We were welcomed by the owner's 2 lovely sons who waited while we travelled from the airport. Communication was excellent. Our host provided us with links of places to visit and the very local cafe/bar provided us with the necessary wifi to download information. The wifi was down however it meant we weren't looking at our phones/tablets all the time and gave us the break we needed. If we needed wifi, we could get it so it wasn't a problem. “We stayed in the flat for several nights in January. It’s located in a large pedestrian area, which is fantastic, but which also requires you to carry your luggage a couple of blocks to get to it. Long-term parking can be found at the train station just a few blocks away and it’s very inexpensive. The flat itself was clean with plenty of storage space for clothing. It has a nice balcony overlooking the pedestrian area below. We did not use the kitchen; there are great cafes and restaurants in……

“Gianluca ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter und sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht. Im italienischen Hauptferienmonat August kann das Parken problematisch sein. Damit wir das Auto stehen lassen konnten, hat Gianluca uns zum Supermarkt gefahren und das mit einer kleinen Sightseeing-Tour in der näheren Umgebung verbunden. Vom Haus sind es maximal 5 Gehminuten zum wunderschönen Naturstrand, der natürlichen Schatten bietet. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Daneben……

“We were a group of 15 family and friends visiting the Abruzzo region and Villa Carlucci was just perfect. We cooked as a group almost every night and the long table in the kitchen was perfect for all of us to gather around. Dr. Carlucci was wonderful - very easy to communicate with and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and areas to explore. The Villa and grounds were beautiful and very well kept and we loved our stay! Highly recommend!”

“mega Lage direkt am Meer. Das war natürlich das Highlight! Der Strand sehr sauber.. wenn man den Steinstrand nicht mag kann man 500 m weiter den Sandstrand genießen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man benötigt. Auch das man die Waschmaschine benutzen durfte war genial. Selbst Strand Sachen wie Bälle .. Sandelsachen und Schwimmbrett waren vorhanden. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und die Kommunikation hat auf Englisch sehr gut……

“Es war einfach traumhaft, die Wohnung, die Aussicht, die Ruhe, der Pool, die Gastgeber….Die Casa della Zia liegt sehr abgelegen, aber es gibt einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen in der Nähe mit allem, was man braucht. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, vor allen Dingen die Abende auf der Terrasse. Wenn wir nochmal in die Abruzzen fahren, dann auf jeden Fall zu Peter und Julie.”

“Die Wohnung war sehr gut. Es war uns zu ruhig. Da ich gehbehindert bin waren wir immer auf das Auto angewiesen. Die Beschreibung zum Steinstrand haben nicht gestimmt es war alles verwildert. Das beste war die Klimaanlage.”

“Wir waren eine größere Gruppe von Wanderbegeisterten und wollten den Parco Nazionale della Majella erkunden. Dafür war dieses sehr geräumige Ferienhaus ideal. Eine große und gut ausgestattete Wohnküche, zwei Wohnzimmer, eine schöne Terrasse sowie die vier Badezimmer haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir selbst zu neunt noch bequem im Haus unterkommen konnten. Der Blick von der Terrasse: spektakulär! Das Haus ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für viele atemberaubende Wanderungen im Nationalpark. Auch das……

“Nous nous sommes rendus dans les Abruzzes pour retrouver la famille.la maison est très bien placée entre montagne et mer et le beau temps au rendez-vous (entre 22et28 degrés).Le ménage mériterait d’être approfondie mais l’accueil a été très sympathique malgré l’heure tardive de notre arrivée, nous avons bien apprécié la bouteille de vin qui nous attendait ! La maison était très agréable et nous avons passé un très bon séjour”

“Our little apartment nestled high on the mountain hillside was just perfect. Such a stunning view of the countryside. Our family and friends live in Pennadomo a mountain town just 25 minutes away so this was a good location with plenty of conveniences not far away. The big plus was our hosts, Lynda and Rob. So very accommodating. We were your typical uninformed tourist (didn't want to say dumb). They bent over backwards for us. Helped us so much. Villasfor2 is out-of-the-way but very accessible……
