Vill du bo billigt, inte ha något emot trångt rum som dessutom luktar avlopp blandat med parfym, extremt nära med uteliggare samt relativt nära Union square är detta stället för dig. Falsk reklam med 4 stjärniga hotell.

The hotel's appearance, cleanliness, and close proximity are fine. However, though I booked days before, I was told they only have quiet rooms. It doesn't have a window for natural light. If you are claustrophobic, avoid the quiet room when you book.

Hotel was really clean and the room was clean. Walls are thin and you can hear other room doors opening and closing and talking. Other than that, it was great. Would probably stay here again for the price!

Ac was the best thing there. The hotel was nearly by everything, we could walk to most things. The you to be and Netflix gave us a very hard time and they didn’t seem to know how to fix it right away, they offered the day we left. I would recommend for a quick and cheap trip.

The room was super cute!! The shower was AMAZING!! The location was great and there was a ton of restaurants around. It also wasn't far from the tourist stuff. The parking was little confusing, but we figured it out. Would definitely stay again.

The room was small but fair for the price. However, the hotel and surrounding area smelled bad, and the neighborhood did not feel safe at all. There were homeless people everywhere, and the noise outside was so loud that we couldn’t sleep. The expensive valet parking also felt unreasonable, especially given the location. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this hotel.

Rooms facing the streets can be very loud at all times, specially at night. Feels like the windows are wide open. If you want a quiet room ask for the interior part of the building. The “breakfast option” is misleading, it’s just some pastries and a few fruit options. Coffee machine, water and juice. There are plenty of actual restaurants attached to the hotel and a short walking distance away.

I chose this hotel because it was close the Bill Graham auditorium. It took 20 minutes to check in. It difficult to understand the front desk agent. It was so hot in the hotel only to find out there was no ac. I was given a room with a window. All I heard was cursing, people shouting, singing and traffic. It was very difficult to sleep. On the bright side the room was clean and bed was comfortable enough. I was glad to go home.
