Manager kept my luggage past the checkout time so that I could attend a Golden Gate event. Clean room. Only issues were no elevator to second floor and no microwave. Overall, very good experience. Close to Presidio Park.

Inn at Golden Gate is an older facility, but it is exceptionally maintained, very clean and quiet. We ate at the French restaurant around the corner from it and very much enjoyed our stay.

This is a really cute place located in walking distance to the palace of fine arts. Note that the parking is very limited and you might have to park on the street, but there seem to be plenty around. Be sure to check out the money plant growing on the ceiling in the lobby.

The location is great, and people who work there cleaning and doing maintenance are very pleasant. However, the place in general seems outdated and the room is not cleaned in detail. We could see stains on the doors and walls and a bit of mold is starting to grow in the bathroom; though, there are no bed bugs, and the mattresses are comfortable. I recommend reading in detail about the property amenities since there’s very limited parking; I counted only eight spots, and there is no microwave or refrigerator in the rooms.

Only good thing about this Motel is it's walking distance to the Presidio and the Palace of Fine Arts.The property is old and needs a lot of work and definitely needs to be updated. If you want to stay closer to the Waterfront, this is not the place for you, the place is located close to Presidio park, we walked for about half an hour to get to the Golden Gate bridge in beautiful surroundings.
