Den inkluderede morgenmad er begrænset men de fleste ting på buffeten er ok god kvalitet - kaffen er dejlig og omgivelserne fantastiske. Eneste minus er, at billederne på hotels.com reklamerer med pool, men hotellet har altså ingen pool. Dog er der en offentlig pool i nærheden man kan benytte mod ekstra betaling.

Hotel in posizione ottimale nel delizioso borgo di San Gemini. Siamo stati accolti bene e la camera era come descritta. Bellissima vista sui tetti del paese. Sinceramente toglie punti il tappeto dei corridoi che avrebbe bisogno di una bella lavata e la colazione: composta quasi esclusivamente da strane ciambelle dal dubbio aspetto. No cornetti né surgelati né del fornaio, no biscotti, no cereali. Consiglierei di cambiare fornitore. Colazione salata ridotta all'osso. In ogni caso noi ci siamo trovati bene e lo consigliamo, visto anche il buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Ich war nicht das erste Mal im Hotel Cuomo in San Gemini zu Gast. Die warmherzige Freundlichkeit der Mannschaft, das stilvolle Haus und die tolle Umgebung machen immer wieder Freude: sehr gerne wieder!

San Gemini Gem
The staff was very friendly and beyond helpful several times. Very comfortable sitting area beyond the lobby. There is a piano in the next room that was often being played. Not sure if a staff member or guest was playing...but it was a nice touch. Bed was very firm. Not to my liking, but that's a personal preference. The elevator was slow and a bit scary, but got us there every time. I loved staying in the medieval part of San Gemini. Bar Centrale had good gelato, but the best gelato in town is at Bar Paritti, which happens to be closer to the hotel...bonus!

Not as they claim, no parking and airconditiner
We booked this hotel mainly because of the free available parking, free wifi and the air conditioner however, none of these were right, the free parking is actually a street parking that in the evening, young people like to gather near the hotel and occupy any fee parking available close to the hotel, we had to park far away and walk to the hotel in the night. The air conditioner only works in the afternoon, they turn it off from evening till next day afternoon and the room temperature was 29 degrees during the night and very warm of which, they never mentioned to us at check-in. Last, internet connectivity is very slow. Very disappointed and not transparent hotel. Last, for breakfast, it is a small one with mainly sweets, which was okay but not as expected.

A truly memorable experience
Hotel and front desk clerk was amazing. Renovated 500 year old property located right next to the ancient part of the city. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. Ten out of a ten

This hotel is adorable and well located
If you are going to San Gemini (which is a destination) I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is nice and helpful and most speak English. There is little to do in this town, but if you are looking for a quiet night where everything is adorable, the people are nice and want a WONDERFUL restaurant -Taverna Del Torchio - this is a great stop on your trip!

Bella struttura, Ben tenuta, centrale, ottima per la visita del paese, personale cortese. Unico neo l'insonorizzazione interna fra le camere totalmente inesistente, almeno per quanto riguarda la camera da noi occupata: era come essere separati dai vicini di stanza da un paravento.

Best hotel of the entire trip
I made a last minute decision to stay in San Gemini for one night and was very pleased to discover this amazing town, it Medieval Festival which was taking place that day, and probably the best hotel od the entire trip. It is obvious that there has been a lot of renovation that has taken place, but you truly feel like you are in a palace.

Belle surprise en Ombrie. Nous cherchions un hébergement économique pour faire escale dans un itinéraire entre la Côte Amalfitaine et Florence. Ma fille de 19 ans et moi avons adoré cet hôtel et le village médiéval de San Gemini. L'hôtel est selon nous vraiment sous-évalué et mérite bien plus qu'un 2 étoiles. L'accueil est chaleureux et professionnel, la bâtisse est exceptionnelle (ancien pallazzo), notre chambre très bien et la salle de bain au goût du jour (moderne avec grande douche vitrée). Le déjeuner servi en salle à manger à été le meilleur de tous les B&B que nous avons eu en Italie dans cette catégorie de prix. ( tous nos hôtels on été entre 50€ et 70€) Enfin, le village est intéressant et l'hôtel y est bien localisé. Facile aussi d'accès en voiture pour visiter les centres historiques de la région. Suite au conseil du maître d'hôtel, nous avons visité les souterrains de Narni et la ville d'Orvieto en une journée (non prévu à notre itinéraire, mais détours très appréciés!) et nous avons même pu nous rendre en début de soirée à notre point de destination en Toscane. Bref, nous trouvons que cet endroit vaut le détour et nous aurions bien séjourné une ou deux nuits de plus à cet hôtel. Seul hic, l'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas très bien dans notre chambre (la 307).

Facile da trovare..ma il parcheggio gratuito in realtà é di fortuna sull'entrata posteriore..perché saranno 5 posti e penso nemmeno privati ,perché davanti ad un parco.. Camera molto spaziosa con maxi schermo Tv e bagno bellissimo : doccia gigante ,lavandino gigante ma non si riusciva ad appoggiare gli effetti personali..quindi scomodo! Le tende bianche e sporche di manate ovunque vicino alla finestra! La cosa più scandalosa : alla colazione trovavi dei cucchiaini di plastica argentati al posto delle posate classiche! E non venivano usati e gettati...ma lavati e riutilizzati! Orribili! Io prendevo il caffè/cappuccino amaro e non mangiavo yogurt ...

L'hotel si trova nel centro storico della città di San Gemini, ho alloggiato all'interno di un edificio legato al palazzo storico principale dove è l'hotel ma separato da questo anche se colazione e reception si fanno nel palazzo. Il personale è estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Volendo c'è possibilità di lasciare qualche macchina nei pressi dell'hotel con il pass dell'hotel, comunque ci sono parcheggi in zona. Nella stanza accogliente e ampia, c'è collegamento con cavo alla rete internet, un tv lcd e un frigo bar tutti nuovissimi vista la recente ristrutturazione.

In the basement
The sweet receptionist gave us the worst room ever - room number 1 and 2 extremely noicy and bad smell. Can't belive we stayed there a whole night. The small village is really nice and the hotel must have som nice rooms according to the pictures. If you like cookies for breakfast this is perfect. No eggs, no bacon, no spoons to eat with if you want to have cornflakes with warm milk. The coffee was perfect :)
