“We rented both the upper and lower units together. Very comfortable for our group of 7 with room to spare. Bright and airy. Beautiful outside living space. The lower unit had floats for playing in the ocean as well as plenty of beach chairs. We were in and out of the water all the time - great adult fun! Loved walking through all the neighborhood for early morning exercise. Lots of dogs but no troubles. Clean and well appointed. Beds comfortable. We walked to many restaurants and bars. Must……

“This property was priced very well for location...it was quiet, isolated from the hustle, and easily close to the poblado and Boqueron balneario. We appreciated that it had a pool in the back of the property for some privacy and spacious parking as well. This is a must place for you to stay...we got kind of lucky as we were the only ones staying as I believe there are between 3-4 suites for short stays. “It was a fun place to stay. Lovely view of the beach. Easy check in process. Very clean. Very convenient. Each bedroom had its own AC unit that really kept you cool at night. The balcony was nice. The pool was amazing. Just 15 minutes from Rincon. About 2hrs away from San Juan. Definitely a good place to stay. Nothing in the price range was even close. The rooms are massive. Kitchen was well equipped. Property manager communicated everything so clearly.”
