「We booked 4 rooms for a group of 8 people. The hotel is a winery inside a castle wall (with no nearby plantation) and the rooms are in well condition, spacious and fully equipped. The dinner were included and had a lot of choices and of good standard. The dinner place is a courtyard and was most enjoyable in the October weather. The captain of the restaurant Christian is most helpful. We have to give a special thank to reception staff Jonas. Our transport to the hotel was an electric rental car...

「Most staffs were very nice. But there was a receptionist who was very unhelpful and dismissive. THE MOST HORRIBLE thing was, after we left our negative experience at the hotel feedback system using the rooms tablet, that staff came knocking at the front of our room at 9 pm confronting us with very intimidating and rude language. We tried to request to see a manager or at least other staffs. But our request was responded like NO ONE will help you. So we went for help in the restaurant. The...

「After the second cleaning, i notice there are sand-like stuff on the floor of toilet area, it felt gritty and uncomfortable. I walked barefoot in the room as there were no slippers provided and I didnt bring one with me. The second morning when I was in the toilet, I accidentally stepped on something and it was painful. I realised I was bleeding. It was a tiny piece of debris? (I was guessing its a debris from the wall because of the shiny surface, but I can’t tell). This is not what I expected...
