DOUBLE ROOM

Newly renovated studio with double bedroom and desk, bathroom with large shower and walk-in closet, inserted in a living context of my family, independent access with possibility of access to common areas: relaxation area overlooking the greenery with armchairs and dining table lunch.
The environment is inserted in a rural house of the early 1900s completely renovated and with all services such as water, energy, natural gas, telephone line, internet line.
Various areas are available, such as outdoor relaxation and outdoor but indoor dining areas.
We are a family made up of me and my husband and 2 beautiful dogs, Semola and Mirtilla, and we have lived here since 2008, and we are happy and proud to live in every season in this truly unique environment of peace and serenity.
We love peace and tranquility, we like to spend our free moments away from the chaos and daily bustle and immerse ourselves, even if for a few hours, in an oasis surrounded by the green hills of Pisa.
I am a 'real' craftsman, in the sense that I have a small creative sewing workshop near the house where I put in place and create my ideas daily. My husband is a freelancer and a great fan of tennis and amateur cycling, so there is also the possibility of being able to go on excursions accompanied by him.
The environment is immersed in the green Pisan hills, at 200 ml. above sea level, easily reachable by any means via asphalted road to the entrance of the structure.
We are 10 km from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, 10 km from the center of Lucca, 18 km from the sea, 30 km from Viareggio, 40 km from Forte dei Marmi, 90 km from Florence.
The main services, such as buses and the railway station, are 2 km away and can be traveled both by car or motorbike and on foot along a scenic road immersed in the typical Pisan forest composed largely of chestnut and pine trees, where you can enjoy a sea view that reaches Corsica.
