“我住的是Cathedral Tower 頗舊，裝修地氈也較舊，另外一邊是新Tower, 但是位置真的十分好，去舊城區只需走路，不用乘車，Zocalo 地鐵站就在酒店旁邊。”

“絕佳的位置，服務也很棒。缺點是深夜時廣場仍不時傳來噪音。”

“The staff at the hotel was wonderful and they were always friendly and willing to offer assistance. The hotel is beautiful and directly in the historic city center. The free breakfast was delicious and so was the restaurant. Loved the hotel! Expedia should have notified us that there was a huge protest (with noise) out in front of the hotel and the Zocolo was closed to access. The Zocolo was one of the main reasons we stayed in this area, so we were disappointed. ”

“Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was really clean, the staff was very helpful and responsive. The aesthetics were top notch. You can tell everything was carefully thought out. The only thing we were not too fond of was the food. The view on the rooftop was so beautiful however so it made up for it . Def would recommend staying here ”

“Me gustó la limpieza, la atención de personal fue buena también. El único detalle es que los cobertores están rasposos y tiezos y no son calentitos y teníamos frio. Cabe mencionar que deberían ser más estrictos con sus reglas ya que en las habitaciones contiguas había una familia que a altas horas de la noche platicaban y reían muy fuerte y los reportamos 2 veces ya que no dejaban dormir pero no hacían caso deberían ser más estrictos con eso.”

“The national teachers union had thousands of their members staying in tents around the hotel and the surrounding area. They were justifiably unhappy about their scandalously low wages and changes to their pensions. The protesters were exceptionally nice people and the hotel staff maintained a respectful atmosphere in a challenging environment. I can’t say enough nice things about the young man who carried my bag for two blocks to pick up my Uber to the airport. Terrific service on his part.……

“This hotel has ruined me for all other hotels! This boutique hotel was a peak experience for our stay in Mexico City. It is located on a lovely, quiet street, only about a 10 minute walk to the historic city center sights of the Cathedral, the Zocalo, and Templo Mayor. The surrounding streets are pulsing with foot traffic and small shops. It is not tourist territory and it feels very safe, even as night falls. The hotel itself is gorgeous architecturally.”

“我的房間樓下對正音響店，所以每天都好嘈好嘈，加上hostel本身亦好多party活動亦都好嘈好嘈，瞓咗四晚我覺得自己只係瞓到兩晚，睡眠嚴重不足。其他配套設施都可以。早餐一般因為我不喜歡吃麵包，只是想要水果多一點，他們都不給，很小家。 放食物到公用雪櫃要小心，因為我的Yogurt都俾人偷了。 我住的房間是男女混合，我覺得嗰啲人好冇品，長期關門都超級大聲製造噪音。 另外房間沒有冷氣抽風風扇，很熱出晒汗”
