“I stayed at this property with my children. We chose this place due to the proximity to the airport. We had a wonderful restful stay. The property is in a gated community. The neighborhood is very clean, quiet, safe and family friendly. There was private parking and street parking. Owners gave us a warm welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. They had breakfast options for an extra fee. Our apartment had a nice little kitchen so we decided to cook dinner and breakfast. Owners shared……

“The home was just as described and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s located with walking distance of local eateries, markets, and a pharmacy. It’s also a short Uber drive from the Central Market in San Jose. The sunsets from the balcony were amazing and the hosts were so responsive. This home is a definite stay!”

“Be sure to read this review! I went ahead and gave it five stars to hopefully balance out the poor reviews it had already received. This property was absolutely fantastic! The room was plenty big enough and had a full kitchen and refrigerator. The only two things that I can say is you need to look for the property as condominio Urban flats. That is the only way you will find this place. I think as long as you know this hopefully you won't need much contact from the management company. The place……

“We walked from Escazu Multiplaza at night and essentially its low on the hill in Escazu so its a bit of hike. Not an issue if you are driving. The rooms are spacious and a warm shower in Costa Rica is a rarity so that was a bonus. Very clean. There is a bespoke Burger place a close walk away Don Pedro? Really great food. In any case plenty of food and market options for a spot of in house cooking. Recommended.”

“You should go ahead and request to book this property right now. It's hard to summarize how wonderful it is, but I’ll try.Eduardo and Betty have created a paradise within a paradise. The grounds are beautifully maintained, full of native plants and wildlife—we even saw a sloth in the garden on our last day. The main guest space is a glass enclosure surrounded by lush landscaping; it’s especially peaceful during rainstorms.Eduardo, a Costa Rica native, is incredibly knowledgeable about the area.……
