CURRENTLY, THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW BUILDING IS TAKIING PLACE IN THE AREA, WHICH MAY LEAD TO NOISE DURING WORKING HOURS AND WEEKDAYS.



Right at the entrance of the apartment there is a hall with a big built-in wardrobe that leads us to the main bedroom, spacious and very bright, since it’s got 4 windows, this bedroom has a double bed and its own private bathroom with walk-in shower; next to the bedroom and there is also an independent fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and galley area with washing machine.



The last door of the hall gives access onto a large and sunny living room, that has a big dinning table for 6 and a lovely seating area with smart TV; the big windows open up to a long terrace with magnificent views over the Mar Menor sea, such a unique place to enjoy a meal or just chill. From the living room there is a small hallway that takes to another comfortable bedroom with a double bed, the family bathroom with bathtub and a third bedroom with two twins.



The whole apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and there are air conditioning units in all the bedrooms and the living room. It has also got wifi connection.



Playa Príncipe is one of the most valued developments in La Manga, because of its location and quality, and has a lovely front line pool that is normally open from May to October. 2024 open from May to the 15th of October.



Located very close to the Tomás Maestre Marina, an area full of bars, restaurants, shops and a big Supermarket (Supercor) next to who a streetmarket takes place every Saturday morning.



Less than 5 minutes walking distance there is a Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and footbal courts, and with very complete interior installations, such as a gym with sea views, all the installations can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates...

Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit.

Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of €30 will apply.
