“The location was great. Loved seeing the farm animals. Very Friendly dog. The cottage was super cute. Our host allowed us to check in an hour before check in time. The bed was not bad at all slept soundly.The cottage inside was very dusty, The shower needed a good scrubbing, there was left over hair from the last guest. Over all it would have been perfect if were cleaner.”

“The property was great for a girls weekend in the wine country. Definitely more suitable for sleeping 6, can't imagine 8 adults would be comfortable. The communication was great. There are just a few simple touches that would make it a 5 star stay, such as adult sized bath towels, stocked toliet paper, and a full set of wine glasses (since it's the wine country). “The “Jewel of the Foothills” was just that - a true jewel! Cozy, clean and comfortable - all the beds were great and the interior decor was interesting and unique! Frank and Rebecca as hosts were friendly, helpful and accommodating. We all enjoyed our time with them and hope to get back and stay with them again sometime. Everything was a 10! “We had a marvelous time in Lodi. The house was perfect and very comfortable. Nice that it was so close to downtown for shopping and restaurants and we could walk the short 2 blocks to a massage appointment! Reading reviews, we were a bit concerned about potential train noise, but this was not a issue at all! We will stay here again the next time we are in Lodi!”
