“Great home in a very handy neighborhood with all the amenities. Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. We really enjoyed our stay! The biggest plus was the host Gigi who I can’t say enough positive things about. Her communication skills were top-notch. Also my granddaughter left her retainer there and Gigi has kindly offered to return that. She really is a kind, thoughtful person.”

“We loved everything about the tree pod set up. Tent was very roomy with a comfortable mattress! Love the free sleeping bag which will be a great memory. Mostly just loved the natural setting, and taking a shower under the trees!! The best wi-fi in the whole valley!!”

“I'll start with the positive. Beautiful spot and very close to shops and dining. About a 50 minute drive up to the main attractions in Squoia and 30 minutes from Visilia. Bed was very comfy and AC worked great! Now for the "could be better" part. The checkin process requires several additional steps through a seperate website from VRBO. Your license, a face scan, and an additonal credit card hold is required. I did not realize this was needed prior to receiving check in instructions and it was a……

“The room was dirty, floor was sticky, stains in the bed, chair dirty and sticky with hair on it, curtains full of holes, the room smelled bad (as if it had been a smoker room over decades), smoke detector not attached to ceiling but lying loose on a table, bathroom dirty, AC loud and appearing to fall out of the wall mount frame, broken down vehicles on the parking lot … (I could go on). On Expedia, this room was rated “10 - exceptional”, which is why I booked it. It is not even coming close to……

“My sister and I planned this as part of our "week of adventures" get away and had a lovely stay. The location and check-in would have been perfect had we arrived during daylight hours, however due to airline cancellations and delays we arrived past dark. We loved staying here and would highly recommend, the river was perfect! Just know you are far into the countryside and not close to any markets so plan to be onsite during your stay. Sadly the trails listed are almost unusable as the roads were……

“It was clean and cozy. Quiet. Good size for 2 people. Host was very responsive and friendly. Especially appreciated the extras in the kitchen area provided by the host. Everything was in good working order. Starbucks and several fast food close by. We would definitely stay again. We would prefer not having fragrance added. ”
