The place itself is just as pictured. Comfortable beds, nice porch, strong AC & fans, and convenient to several coffee & snack places. However, check in & communication were very challenging and thus I cannot recommend staying here. When we arrived in the early evening, the gate/lock set-up outside the rental did not match the instructions I received, and it was pitch black with no street lights or lights on the building. I tried calling, emailing, Whatsapp, writing in the app - and the only response I received was completely off topic. We were ultimately able to get in but it was unnecessarily stressful.I received several -- clearly automated -- messages wishing me a good stay, but no one ever (still!) responded to my actual questions about the check in and later, check out. We also encountered several minor issues like a dirty filter in the coffee pot & multiple dead batteries in the remotes that controlled the fans and AC. Unlikely to return due to the communication issues.
