Summary:
A private piece of paradise, Villas del Mar #212 is tasteful and elegant with luxurious amenities and sophisticated, upscale living spaces. The romance and charm of Old Mexico comes to life in this spacious and stylish two level Cabo vacation rental located minutes from Palmilla Beach. Lush tropical landscaping invites discovery of a natural stone terrace that is ideal for entertaining. The villa’s 2nd floor features a media room with plush seating, premium sound system, and large flat screen TV. Floor to ceiling glass doors connect indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing for seamless flow and inspirational ocean views through a curtain of swaying palms.
Expansive yet accessible, Villa #212 boasts a bright and airy ambiance enhanced by soaring vaulted ceilings. Warm sand and terra cotta tones, Saltillo tile, handcrafted wood accents, comfortable seating, and colorful local artwork create a classic, laidback décor essential to the perfect Cabo villa rental. The generous open concept living space includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a cozy fireplace, and a library. Framed by white arches and flowering bougainvillea, the outdoor terrace contains two hanging day beds, patio loungers, a grill, a firepit, an al fresco dining area, and a hot tub that cascades into a freeform private swimming pool.
Villa #212’s master bedroom suite features a king bed and a Jacuzzi tub, while two other suites also contain king beds and private bathrooms. One other bedroom contains 2 queen beds and one is furnished with a queen bed. Upper level balconies afford refreshing breezes and stunning views over the azul hued Sea of Cortez. Should you wish to leave this peaceful oasis, the One and Only Resort and all of Cabo’s delights are within easy reach.

Daily housekeeping is included with your rental. Housekeepers will visit daily to make beds, wash and replenish all bath & pool towels, take out trash, sweep and mop floors, clean bathrooms, refresh empty paper products, refresh any soap products provided with rental. Villa housekeeping staff do not work on Sundays or holidays. Consult your concierge for specifics during your dates.
