It’s just 5-10 minutes’ drive to Cupertino, Apple offices, Santa Clara University, Avaya Stadium, San Jose State University,SAP Center at San Jose, Santana Row, VMC and San Jose City College. Guests have easy access to 280 , 880 and 87.The property is located near Lawrence and San Tomas Expressway and is a couple of minutes to some of the best eating spots and Starbucks.Pets allowed .

Not as appears
Very small room and bathroom. Mini fridge had no shelves in it and freezer leaked all over. Owners had a towel on the floor around it so they are aware of the leaks. Shower was nice and new but bathroom is so small you can’t move around in there. You have to open the pocket door to even get out and dry off. Keurig had a used cup in it and was dirty. Only trash can in room was a tiny one in the bathroom. We spent 5 days and 4 nights and never received any clean towels. It would be fine for one adult to stay one night but I don’t recommend for couples or for extended stays. It’s very difficult to get in contact with the property owners because apparently the number on rental listing is not the correct contact number. When I finally got a response several hours later (after contacting VRBO) I was given a different number to contact for the check in instructions. Not happy with this experience 😞
