“This was the perfect place for us to rent for what we went to San Jose for. Quick car ride to all 3 of the event. 3 minute walk away there is a safeway, mcdonalds and walgreens. If we come back to San Jose, we will be staying at this place again.Owner was geeat to deal with and we had everything we needed for our stay.”

“The property was exactly as listed. Check-in was very easy and communication with Fiona was great. The house was a perfect gathering place for family. We appreciated the cleanliness, kitchen amenities, and parking. Quiet neighborhood was a bonus!”

“the place is in need of renovation. The communication with the bost was non-existing. Never answered my messages. The AC unit does not work properly, makes a lot of noise to the point of not letting us sleep. Washer and dryer are filthy, we could use, they are in terrible shape. Very disappointed!”

“We had a family trip to meet up with friends and families in the area. Perfect location and just exactly what we needed. Host was good at checking in before and after our stay. ”

“If you don’t plan on staying at the location for very long and will spend most of the trip outside, then it’s a solid place to stay.That being said-We did not eat much there and only cooked once on the last day in the location, but we were still surrounded by ants.Every bed had ants around, but the worst was the one at the end of the hallway to the left of the entrance, many ants crawled on guests who slept.There was also a cabinet in the kitchen that was not properly attached that fell off……
