Convenient, but paper-thin walls

The hotel was convenient for us, and the room itself was nice. The bed was comfy and everything was really clean. However, the walls are paper-thin. Like, we would have loved to sleep but our neighbours had other activities in mind. And we had to hear it all. So the night wasn't restful.

Herşey harikaydı, çalışanlar çok sıcak kanlı insanlar. Otelin otantik bir atmosferi var. Yanındaki restorant otele ait ve gerçekten efsane yemekler yapılıyor. Konum olarak da süper çarşıya yürüme mesafesinde. Emir beye herşey için çok teşekkür ederim :)

Prima plek voro een redelijke prijs.

Prima plek op een heel fijne locatie, op loopafstand van het centrum.Het is basic, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er. En de prijs is heel redelijk voor wat ze bieden. Er is een keuken in de tuin, waar je heerlijk kunt zitten en er is een terras aan de voorkant bij het restaurant, dat 's morgens heerlijk ontbijt serveert (inclusief!). Het is wel gehorig. Dus je moet hopen dat je medegasten zich gedragen.

Good Customer Service Helped the Rating

I looked at majority of the reviews of this place and the reviews seemed great especially when it related to cleanliness and solo traveling. Maybe I’m not a hostel stay kind of person and that’s probably why my experience was OK. They are very hospitable and they make sure that the customer is happy. Cleanliness - I had a lot of hair in the sheets and the bathrooms were also small and disgusting. They had different offers based on where you submit your reservation which is not good communication once it was time to check in.

Great deal

Staff was very friendly and helpful. There are only 3-4 parking spots, which have to be requested/reserved ahead of time. The water in our room was cold. Great deal for the price we paid.

Not what I asked for

I reserved a private, double room and was given a dorm room right off the main lobby. I asked for something quiet and was told this room would be--it wasn't. Quiet hours from 11 pm- 8 am are observed but I had a medical procedure that required rest in the afternoon. This was impossible.

Falta remodelacion de habitaciones

El personal es muy amable, pero la habitacion era demasiado austera y le hacia falta remodelacion, ademas que se podia escuchar todo lo que pasaba en las otras habitaciones y baños, literal TODO.

Pretty noisy (traffic + very thin ceiling so you can hear everything from upstairs neighbors). Hot water does not work at night so you cannot take a hot shower if you arrive late and depart early--and San José can be pretty cold)

Ubicado en casa de estilo colonial. Todo de madera. Bien cuidado. Trato excelente. Con parking, lo cual.se agradece ya que está en pleno centro.

ホテルのスタッフは親切で、相談にもよくのってくれます。ホステル自体にもキッチンはあり自炊もできますが、隣接しているレストランも美味しいです。部屋は綺麗ですが、少し暗い感じはしました。
