Pros:Overall for the price it’s a nice spot. I love the location in Curridabat. Great restaurants, shopping is close and the Multi Plaza is very walkable. Security and workers are very friendly. Others that stay or live there are also friendly. The views are spectacles and face toward Heredia and the volcano. Really beautiful views from bed (very sparkly very twinkly) outstanding Italian restaurant across the street called Sapore! Cons:They have a teeny tiny sized ant problem. They didn’t come out all the time but they were everywhere when the were. When I saw them in the bed I bought some Lysol and that seemed to do the trick. I did mention this to the managers attention and was to see to it. The other main drawback is the noise trade off! This unit faces the train. It is like an obnoxious rooster! The horn blasts starts around 6am and ends around 7/8pm. This is mainly taking students from the outskirts to all the various universities in town. If you are on the other side of the building you have the instant noise of Ruta 2 that is never quiet (even at very high floors)
