A really lovely hotel, staff were attentive and friendly. The facilities, especially the spa were really fantastic and a cut above others I’ve visited. The breakfast was excellent and I really loved the decor and picture collages in the dining area. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Had an amazing stay here! Brilliant room and lovely club amenities with free cake and coffee and incredible breakfast! Only the inside pool is included so you have to pay £60 for 2 hours in the evening to use the whole spa. I feel like one spa session should be included when paying for club level.

A stunning hotel in an incredible location right on the lake, with breathtaking views throughout. The rooms, facilities and overall standard of the resort were excellent, but the real standout was the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more special. Would definitely recommend Low Wood Bay and would happily return.

Everything was great and fantastic. The spa was incredible, the staff were lovely, and the hotel’s environment and lake view were beautiful. The only problem was the hotel’s Wi-Fi—it was really weak.

The room was clean as always, stayed here a few times now. This time in the main hotel as we had our dog with us so had a pet friendly room and it was lovely. My only issues around the hotel are the lack of air con in the room and in the W restaurant. I realise this current weather isn’t the norm, but a fan isn’t the greatest. The staff are always fab, and otherwise it was a nice stay. Room was spacious which helped when having our pet Will possibly stay again in future

Great location Very good staff. The Winander section has its own very helpful staff and breakfast with great views. The room we had was a very spacious and well designed. My only comment was a shaving mirror would have been useful given the distance to the actual mirror. The spa access for hotel Guests was somewhat more limited than expected and the outdoor areas were completely separate and require extra payment. What is left in the swimming pool area is a little bit more limited than similar properties in the area we have tried.

The room overlooking the lake was beautiful and the spa was amazing! Just make sure you book the thermal journey with the hotel asap as it gets booked up very quickly and we nearly missed out. The thermal spa journey was by far the best experince.
