I stay there for 2 days. I slept on the sunbed couch they had. I woke up the next day with bites all over my body.

Originally from this area. Visiting family/friends. Nice property. Quiet. Maybe heard other guests twice in 4 days. Hosts very responsive to questions - never more than hour. Very accommodating - due to travel issues we arrived well after midnight. Digital lock easy to use. Having refrigerator, stove, etc., handy was great. Large shower. Storage space if need to hang clothes. A/C very nice on hot summer days. Quick highway access. Made a couple of cosmetic recommendations. Great stay. Will stay again when back in the Bay Area.

Terrible

The rental of this little house was disappointing we found it very dirty the bathroom we had to clean it to use in the bathroom door doesn't close, we had to use a basket that was there to keep the door closed when we used the bathroom, the mattress of the sofá bed it was very noise, there weren't enough towels, outside there are chairs and tables but everything was very dirty, I don't recommended enyone to rent this house

Overhead fan not working until last day. No smoke detector/alarm. Reached out via home card #s (verbal & text) with no response. 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 2 washcloths for 2 people - 3 nights. Courtyard unusable, tree residue everywhere. Dirty dishes in cupboard. Broken can opener. Ants in kitchen, old used, dish sponge. Hot water lag time unacceptable in kitchen and shower. Pets allowed but not pet friendly (no area for pets to go potty).

Great Stay with one hiccup

The rental was very good with the host being very helpful and diligent! One thing that needs to be fixed is the bathroom door does not actually latch, so it couldn't be closed fully and therefore locked. The room was like an efficiency apartment with a nice kitchen and dining table. The bathroom was very clean, though the shower head spray had limited water volume. The beds were fine, though a couple more pillows for the 2 small beds would have been a nice addition. Nice to have the coffee pot with coffee pods! One suggestion to really complete this would be to have some cream/sugar available as well. The location was good with easy access to 280. We did find that the school across the street made for a very busy street when school lets out. The weekend was much less crowded. Overall, nice place, good hosts & convenient location!

Cozy room

My teen son and I were in San Jose to visit my daughter. The space was good for 2 people and can accommodate 3 with the trundle. There was a speciality market within walking distance through the neighborhood. We didn’t have a car so that was nice. The host Daniel provided us with a virtual guide book which was also helpful. The air conditioning works very well . Note that there are 2 other rental units on this property. The patio area is shared. I enjoyed having my coffee out there in the morning. The Kurig machine was great to have and our host provided K-cups.. We also got the opportunity to chat with little David who was delightful!
