Completed in December 2022, this stunning 5-bedroom property offers breathtaking panoramic views, a private pool, spacious outdoor decks, and a full BBQ and dining area—perfect for family gatherings or getaways with friends.

Relax poolside surrounded by lush mountain scenery in every direction. The outdoor space is equipped with plenty of seating, hammocks, and everything you need to enjoy the serene setting. The villa is easily accessible—just 7 minutes from Highway #3 in El Verde, Río Grande, and only 35–45 minutes from San Juan Airport.

This is the ideal retreat for larger groups seeking comfort, convenience, and unforgettable views. We’re always available to assist with any questions or needs during your stay—because we believe great customer service is the key to an unforgettable vacation experience.

Needed support from property manager, which did not come

Property was well laid out, nicely furnished, and had beautiful views. I was not contacted to resolve my considerable difficulty finding the property and problems using some of the appliances, which cut into our precious vacation time.

Outstanding Hilltop Villa with large outdoor entertaining area

Great hilltop 5 bedroom home at the end of a Cul de Sac. Very quiet & private with a wonderful 180degree view of San Juan all the way to Rio Grande. The large outdoor poolside deck & covered porch was awesome place to watch New Years' Fireworks from. Nice open floor plan with great air conditioning in each bedroom. Very responsive & professional rental agency. Bathroom tile work & fixtures are a little DIY rough (but clean).

Beautiful and relaxing mountain villa.

This was such a beautiful and clean location. The mountains were beautiful and the owner was very nice and very attentive to our needs. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a very relaxing vacation.
