Just 6 minutes' drive from airport. Mid-size pool to enjoy and paid laundry downstairs for your convenience. 24hrs security guards. Condo has been recently remodeled in a luxury way, with a fully equipped kitchen. With your reservation we provide a parking spot at NO cost at CVS parking private parking crossing the street. Condo is suitable for 2 adults and one teenager.

The property is great. Very walkable to the beach as it’s just a block away. The unit is fairly small but the sofa couch was comfortable as well as the bed. The AC was great. The bathroom is small though and I am not a fan of door opening into the bathroom with how tight it is. The shower was spacious at least. The view of the ocean from the unit is mainly obstructed by another condominium building. My main gripe with the rental was the included parking spot. It’s located a short walk away in a parking garage. The garage has very tight turns, so if renting a vehicle, be sure you’re comfortable making tight turns to navigate if in a midsize SUV or larger vehicle. The parking spot is next to a wall which made exiting the vehicle on the driver side quite a challenge if reversing into the spot. However, there is street parking available on the side of the rental property but it is often quickly taken up.

Clean and perfect rental

Perfect small rental with its own parking. Clean, neat and the shower and kitchen felt renovated. Best part is the location to the beach. Owners were super nice too. Definitely will use again.

Very Nice!

My husband and I celebrated our 30th Anniversary at this lovely spot. We were in walking distance to the beach. The beach bar was excellent! Having a nearby CVS and restaurants was also great.

Convenient location

You cannot beat the convenience of this property. Across the street is everything you need at CVS. Pack light! Our favorite spot is Alambique beach ⛱️ lounge. Food is magnificent! The casino is just down the block. The property has everything you need for a wonderful Puertorican vacation!
