Nice stay

The facility was nice. Felt safe. Our unit didn’t provide many towels for the bathrooms and there was no broom which would have been helpful. Bedrooms were comfortable and the terrace was nice. We also enjoyed the animals around the property… cats, dogs and some roosters!

Room for Improvement

We liked the area and the security of being in a gated community. The apartment was nice and basically clean (though there were cobwebs in the bathroom). It should be noted that there is no closet in the master bedroom and the curtains/blinds did not stay up. The management company greatly needs to improve their communication. There's usually some sort of information book or notes regarding how to check in, use of the property, wifi information, etc. but we received nothing. We had to message (thru VRBO) and then wait for a reply to our questions (starting with getting the code and how to enter the apartment). Only after multiple texts/msgs/emails a/o phone calls were these problems addressed. So as I said, we enjoyed our stay overall but there's definitely room for improvement.

Great location in Rio Grande

Property is in a great location to access El Yunque and east coast activities. Very quiet and secure area where the condos are, grounds were very clean and well maintained. Access to a nice beach with not many people. 1 pool was under renovation but there are 3 others available so this wasn’t an issue. Condo is clean, AC’s all work well and laundry included. Good value for the rate.. I would stay here again.
