It was clean. The gate was a bit confusing to get into and couldn't find the lobby with the gaming systems (maybe more description was needed). The website says you get a designated parking spot but it's not designated it's first come first serve so I think they should take that word out. Parking wasn't an issue though. I wish they provided a bath mat as the shower water was all over the place. Everything else was good, they had good communication and answered questions quickly. The place was clean. The location is good

Good But. . . .Uninformed Management Company/Call Center - Two Horrible Errors. . .

Check-in was terrible. The call center that takes the calls for the property had the wrong instructions. I was argued with about the location of the gate - even after sending a pic. If another person staying had not walked up, I am not sure what would have happened. The door to the unit is funky. The bolt doesn't match the door. It took us about a day to figure it out - needs to be adjusted. The worst part - another group was given our room number. They tried to enter the unit several times after being given the wrong unit number by the call center. Frightening. Unnerving. Scary having people with raised voices trying to enter the unit while inside. I was offered an apology via text - nothing else. Great location. Solid stay. The details were off - especially when someone tried to enter our unit. 50-50 whether I would stay again.
