Apartment was great. Very clean and spacious with three different bedrooms, large kitchen and living room with large table. Very convenient location to airport, as well as Condado Beach area! Very easy to uber to Old San Juan. Manager was very responsive and quick with understandable communication.

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay!

This was the perfect place for my family to stay. It was my husband, my mom, brother, grandma and I that stayed here. The place was large enough for us all to have our own space without feeling crowded. It was super clean and had everything we needed there. The pool area directly out side of the apartment made for a bunch of fun memories the days we just wanted to relax. Everything was within a 5-10 minute walk so the distance was perfect. We’ve already started talking about coming back! Can’t recommend this place enough.

In the heart of the city

Nice location in condado district. Super close to everything. It’s nice to have parking. A little tight but to be expected in the middle of the city. Walkable to bars and restaurants. Old San Juan is close by. A little loud but again to be expected in location. Nice little plunge pool. Property was impecable. Everything was in great condition, super clean and functioning. Worked out great for our family!

Great location, however unsecure property

This was a great neighborhood! However, the property did not have a secure perimeter, the management company harassed us about the number of cars we had (even though it was only one.) Half of the unit's windows did not lock and anyone could put their hands through the open slots. I understand this is the style of windows in the Carribean, but please have a gate that closes. One of the deadbolts did not work, but Optium did send a nice man to change it. We had our small kids with us, and a teenager. We loved the small pool, but I did not sleep soundly in this place being at ground leve where anyone could walk in from the street . The company was very rude to work with and if I see their name in any listing, I would avoid.
