Amazing Stay and Awesome Staff

This trip had the chance to be a disaster but Otium took all the necessary steps to make sure my wife and I had an enjoyable stay. We were originally booked to stay in Old Town San Juan, but due to a power outage, we needed to be rebooked at another one of their facilities. We learned this mid-flight to San Juan, which made us nervous. By the time we had our luggage, Otium had us booked at one of their locations in Condado, still very much in the heart of San Juan. When we arrived we were greeted by staff who were expecting us. Checking took no time and our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The facility was fun - I highly recommend the hotel bar. The bartender was very friendly and gave us great recommendations. We loved out time here and I recommend anyone traveling to San Juan to consider staying here.

Comfy however…

While the unit was relaxing and centrally located which we enjoyed there were 2 issues. Entry to building door was very difficult to unlock until you could figure out exactly how to pull key out a little to unlock. Then the room was very humid, put AC on dehumidify yet the room stayed damp, cool but damp. Also the interior wall was part window which made it so you could hear everything in hallway and you could be heard in hallway.
