不滿：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
This place was not at all what we expected. We found cockroaches in the kitchen during the night, which was very disturbing. The bathroom felt extremely suffocating and had a strong bad smell throughout our stay. On top of that, the AC was very noisy, sounding like a storm inside the house, making it hard to sleep.
The host was not friendly and charged us $8 for a towel even though there were no stains at all. This wasn’t about the $8, but about the unreasonable and unnecessary charge. I was traveling with a small baby and mostly used my own towels, so this charge felt unfair.
Additionally, the bed was very small, more like a twin bed, which was uncomfortable.
Overall, this stay was disappointing and stressful, especially with a baby. I would not recommend this place.
