Private living apartment on 9th floor of Luquillo's Playa Azul. Enjoy incredible balcony views from this 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment. Queen bed in bedroom with a/c, and queen futon in living room. Guests have direct access to the beach, and can utilize other community facilities: pool, basketball, tennis and pickleball courts, and playground. Fully-furnished kitchen is perfect for cooking and dining. Gated parking with 24-hr security. Coin operated washer and dryer. High speed internet.

Nice view, convenient location

The property has great views both to the east and the west of Playa Azul. The bedroom is air conditioned and if you leave the wooden front door open with the gate locked you get a great cross breeze through the common areas. I do recommend bringing electric lanterns in case of power outages. There were two while we were there, but that's a Puerto Rico problem rather than a property problem.There's a bank right outside the gate. You can get to Playa Monserrate and Los Kioskos without having to get back on to PR-3. Across PR-3 there's a supermarket, a Walgreens, McDonald's

Great views, delapidated building

Our host was supportive, and the apartment was clean, but gosh this building needs some serious work!! Broken windows in the hallway, out of service elevators, rust coming through the paint, front door doorframe rotting, chunks of concrete missing on exterior walls... The lock on the door to the beach broke while we were there so yes building admin just locked the gate closed. I'm sure these were awesome apartments when they were built in the 70s, but they seem to be falling apart.While the interior of the apartment is cute, you can tell it's just on the superficial level. I would be very concerned about staying here during big weather events, earthquakes, etc...

From the front door and the balcony the views are incredible. A very economical way to enjoy the beauty of Puerto Rico. We were very happy.

No Wifi at all!!!

The best part was the location. The beach is right outside and a great pool, nearby restaurants, and things to do. The apartment needs a deep cleaning and many updates. The wifi was a nightmare. I had to purchase an extra hotspot on my cellphone to be able to work or watch TV.

Great Time...

I have a great time, but a few things that need to be taking care of. the apt door very stiff to open. light fixture in the kitchen need some repair... we was trying to replace a light bulb and the lamp cover came loose, fortunately i graved it before hit the floor, preventing it from braking. but overall we have a great time,,,we love the view from the balcony and the view from the entrance hall. thank you

Playa Azul Condo

This is my fifth multi week condo rental in PR and I must say that this condo was the best equipped and best supplied for the basics of all the condos. Linens, towels, kitchen utensils, paper and plastic goods, bathroom essentials, and cleaning items all readily available. Apartment pictures and description are very accurate. Playa Azul a wonderful neighborhood and met many wonderful people. Breeze in apartment is so steady and pleasant that A/C was never needed or used for my Feb/Mar visit.
