This property was perfect and affordable for my friend and I to come visit San Juan for a couple days. We ubered everywhere, so this was an easy location for the drivers to find. The bed was comfortable and the space was all we needed! Only downside was the lack of water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, we enjoyed this property and come back soon

You get what you paid for. The accommodations were underwhelming. Everything felt dated and dirty. The place is very small. We were a party of 3 and felt crowded. Navigation was confusing, and the exit system was limited - you only received one key to leave the property via the pedestrian gate. However, the host was very responsive.

Space was small, but manageable. No conveniences like kitchen or bathroom shelves, hooks. Not handrail on very steep stairs. Hair and sand on floor upon arrival. Broken chairs. This is NOT beachside as advertised. It is ocean side, beach is about a 10 minute walk. I was charged a nonrefundable damage waiver. This was not disclosed to me. Expedia invoice said the total price included all fees. But Expedia shared my credit card with a third party, and they also charged me. I disputed this both with Expedia and the homeowner, but they refused to refund.

The location was convenient, but finding the room was difficult if arriving late at night. Room 5 is down a short, dark alley towards the back of the property, the number is next to the door, not visible from the common area.I never had reliable internet on my 8 night stay, and when I reached out to the host I got a generic message to make sure I had the right password, try using another device, etc, and after I did all that multiple time, they said they'd figure it out, but they did not.The cleanliness was also pretty poor, the kitchen walls were splattered with something from a previous guest, I kept finding straight blond hair everywhere (mine is black and curly), and there was a pair of underwear next to the pool the last four days of my stay.
