The place is in a great location, very close to restaurants, super clean and staff was very responsive, ac works great. The only thing is the parking situation. The parking across the street is per hour $2.50 first hour $1.50 second hour. For 12 hours we paid around $24 dollars. The parking around the corner I parked there because there's was no more spaces in the one across the street and I paid $60 for 12 hours. If you can find a parking on the street is free but you have to be careful because you can get a ticket and there none available most of the time. Recommendations for snorkeling go to El Escambrón near the rock area, 6 dollars parking and you will see tons of fishes. Save area with no waves Playita del Condado 17 minutes walk, if you like waves then go to the one 5 minutes walking distance. We had a great time!

The space was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. There are no windows which wasn’t great for us.

Very strong AC kept room dry and cold. Nothing too fancy, no furniture to unpack clothes in but room served its purpose.

We were not able to find the property parking lot but we did find one across the street (which could’ve been it) We only had one issue and that was, we couldn’t get the safe to work because some of the batteries were missing, which is really not a big deal. The room was very clean, the a/c units cooled the room off very well. The unit does look to be updated which made it appealing. The location of the unit was within walking distance to the beach and restaurant and bars. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again

Warning!:this is an unstaffed facility. No were to hold your bags before 3:00. Facility is locked. Need a code to get in after 3:00, Rooms are clean but very spartan, absolutely no furniture to hold your stuff, leave everything on the floor. No vanity in the bathroom, no hot water. But yes, a short walk thru the Marriott to the beach.

Room was clean and close in town. VERY small space with few places to put luggage. On an EXTREMELY noisy road with loud cars and people outside the windows talking much of the wee hours.

Property was in a great location and within a 10 minute uber ride to the airport. We stayed at the Red Door Inn for three days after a seven day cruise. Staff on site were excellent and very helpful. Only issue were very thin walls in the building so you heard everything. Aside from that great place to stay.

The AC was above my head where I sleep and it was loud… Also when i first got there, the key was not in the lockbox. I tried to call the number (6:30pm local time), there was no one picked up. I called at least 10 times in order for someone to pick up. That was nerve wrecking because most do the hotels were full and they were like $700+ usd a night. This place is good value, but the lockbox situation and the lack of people picking up the call was very scary. Ruined my evening
