"I haven’t been to PR since the age of 12 yrs old. Being now 31 this has to be the most comfortable and well maintained hotel I’ve seen even compared to the US. This place perfected the vibe for me being back on the island after such a long time. Anna was super sweet and attentive of all my questions and concerns. Such a blessing to have found a tranquil stay especially being in the middle of San Juan"

"We absolutely loved this hotel. When we first checked in, we had an obstructed view balcony, I called down to the front desk and they moved us immediately. Anything we asked for, the staff was accomodating. The room was very clean, updated and had everything you could need. The pool area is so nice. I wish people would remove their towels when they were done with the chairs, so others could use them but that is everywhere you go. The food and drinks were pricey, but very good. The location is amazing and the beach service is on point. You just walk down and the hotel has a worker there to set up your chairs and umbrella. The location is also very convenient to bakeries and amazing restaurants. You can't go wrong here. We will definitely be back."

"We had a wonderful stay at Olaf. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. We also enjoyed the food in the cafeteria, but the highlight for me was the oatmeal—it was absolutely delicious and the best I’ve had. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Our main interactions were with Gabriel and Ray, and they were both excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable with their great service. Thank you 🇵🇷"
