"Hi, I stayed in your hotel last night and the room had no working air conditioning. The room was extremely hot and uncomfortable, and I attempted to contact the front desk multiple times with no response, despite being told it is staffed 24 hours.
I booked this room expecting air conditioning as part of the stay. Given the conditions and lack of support, I’m requesting a partial refund or compensation. Please let me know how you can resolve this."
"The location is perfect for catching a baseball game. The room was clean, the staff is amazing and friendly. I appreciated that my room was ready early and the time I did wait they kept my bags so I could explore the city. When my room was ready I received a text, it was easy and efficient."
"Shower was very nice—the water pressure was great, and the room was very spacious. We had our own living room area as well as a separate bedroom with a full-size bed.
The water dispenser on the third floor wasn’t great—it took a very long time to fill up, which was a minor inconvenience.
Parking was decent, although paying $45 per day wasn’t ideal. It’s probably still better than most places, but it’s something you have to expect in downtown San Francisco."
