「we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. All very good, location is so convenience. Love...

「Bella camera spaziosa comoda, un po' piccolo il bagno, non funzionava la ventola di areazione. Personale cortese disponibile ad accogliere le nostre richieste. Ottima la spa, la colazione, la posizione centrale dell'hotel. Abbiamo cenato due volte nei ristoranti dell'hotel buon cibo e cortesia da parte del personale l'ultima sera è stato offerto anche il caffè molto apprezzato il gesto.」

「The double room only has one bed and a table. Luggage has to be placed on the floor. The bed frame is unstable and looks like it will fall under the couch. The bathroom is very small. All the facilities do not match the photos. The swimming pool and fitness equipment are not open. There is no food available for the paid buffet breakfast. choose. The two nights' stay was like staying in a refugee camp, and all the restaurants and shops outside the hotel were closed.」

「Sound insulation is bad whever people passing corridor and closing door. When next door closing their toilet door, the ceiling sounds and move a bit. Otherwise the service and staff are nice.」

「Eine üppig große FeWo im alten Landhaus mit vielen charmanten Einrichtungsgegenständen. Zwei schöne individuelle Schlafzimmer, ein sehr großer Wohnraum mit offener Küche und Kamin. Uns hat es super gut gefallen. Eingebettet in die Berge südlich von Parme kann man hier Ruhe und Natur genießen. Und Gastgeber Stefano tut wirklich alles, damit die Gäste sich wohlfühlen.
