Incredible Stay

Avila beach is a great location to feel like a quiet beach getaway but still close enough to plenety of restaurants and actives. The property was close to the beach were we could esliy stroll the boardwalk which was a great way to start our day and end it. The acommadations were perfect and quiet for our needs, beds were super comfy and overall a quality place to stay, plus host was super responsive. We will be back!

Wonderful stay in beloved Avila Beach

The town house was just a block away from the hotel we had stayed at many times when our daughters were little. Now that they are older we needed more space, and this was the perfect place for us. Lots of sleeping areas, walking distance to turf beach and shops, clean, modern, private… we loved it.

Good place to stay, to be close to Avila Beach

It was a comfortable place to stay, close to the beach. Bring your own beach towels, they don't offer any. Check in was easy. Property management company wasn't the best to deal with outside of check in and check out.

Close to everything

Property was great. Close to everything in Avila by walking,and only minutes away from SLO or Pismo Beach by car. We toured the entire central coast during our month long stay. From the elephant seals near San Simeon, wineries around Paso Robles and south to areas around Santa Maria.

Avilia Beach family vacation

The unit looked as pictured on VRBO. Lots of space for our family of four. It would easily and comfortably accommodate 2 more people. The location is great. I did not find it to be too busy or noisy at all. Very short walking distance to shops and restaurants. Overall, we loved it and would definitely book again.

Great condo close to the beach

This condo was the perfect place for our family of 4. Our only two issues were some ants in the downstairs/main bathroom, as well as that shower head having several holes blocked due to calcification/rust. The garage had several beach chairs, an umbrella, and sand toys.

Avila Beach condo

We enjoyed the property very much due to its location. The rooms were comfortable and clean. However, carpets had some stains and walls had chipped paint spots due to wear. Floors in living room had extensive scratches and marks. The condo needs to be inspected as some of the windows in the top floor, kitchen/living room area, are broken and due not open. We could not keep this area cool, as the room faces south & west exposure. Otherwise, the place has all the amenities that are needed to enjoy the stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is located within walking distance of all the great things to do in Avila and fit the 3 of us easily. There were a few minor issues. First the garage door keypad never worked, the rental company sent a handyman out right away so the delay was about 40 mins getting into the house. Secondly there was a hole in the roof about the entryway and it leaked rainwater onto the floor. Obviously no way to fix that while we were there and shouldn’t be a problem if no rain is expected.

The owners have thought of everything from abundance kitchen items, coffee, glasses, pots, pans, cutting board, good knifes, etc. loved having our own garage and an extra parking spot if we needed it. Beds comfortable and TV was great. Overall very clean and nice place. There were a few things that should be addressed but they were minor. They had a slow leak from bathroom tub and the patio was overgrown with bushes so couldn’t sit out there, but they had a beautiful balcony upstairs that I was on daily. Had a few other issues and the maintenance team fixed immediately and were always available if I needed anything. Avila beach is a beautiful place. Lots of hiking, restaurants, golf and other amazing things to do. It’s relaxing and fun and low key. My favorite place to go on vacation. We even went wine tasting at Paso Robles which is a special treat. I loved everything about this area and this condo was fantastic.
