The only problem that I had was that the lock on my door was broken or malfunctioning, because when I turned the knob to lock it, it kept turning and didn’t engage. Besides that, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Check in went smoothly; located very close (5 to 10-minute walk) to Pismo Beach State Park and 2-mile drive to the pier. Parking was easy. Staff was friendly. Clean room and nice air conditioning

We had an ant problem in the bathroom they were all over bathroom bags . Even a few in our bed, not my favorite. Called down to the office and they came and sprayed Dawn soap on the infected areas. They did respond promptly, which was appreciated but it was still concerning.

This is a small, old fashioned hotel in a quiet area. Nothing fancy or high-tech but a comfortable bed and safe surroundings. Basic room with plain, minimal decorations & furniture but everything worked - lights, TV, air conditioner, frig, microwave oven, coffee maker, good water pressure and did not run out of hot water. It is located within walking distance from the Oceano Dunes and the beach - no need to drive unless you want to drive your car on the beach. The beach area was so expansive with very few people. What a treat. The price for the room is fair so anyone who gripes about it should stay home. The staff were friendly and attentive when I asked for a bucket of ice from the front desk since there are no ice machines on the property. I enjoyed my stay - thanks!

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and polite. The air conditioner was awesome it worked very well. Parking was easy to get in and out of. Super close to the beach about two blocks away maybe two and a half blocks. There's the deli next door and they make good breakfast burritos or just regular burritos if you want. Our stay there was very nice
