El lugar está bien, pero el restaurante es pésimo, tardaron más de hora y media en traer una hamburguesa y una ensalada. La habitación estuvo ok, pero la ducha estaba muy sucia, además desde muy temprano 7am música desde el restaurante muy fuerte. Desayuno pobre. Publicidad decía que el hotel era frente al mar, pero no fue cierto.

Took awhile to get the attention of the staff to let us onto the property. Food/ Drink service was slow. Staff seemed to be distracted. Overall the room was decent.

The staff were very attentive and we loved the privacy that this hotel offers, there is two large pools that are well taken care of and the food at the resturant id very vesatile accomodating to local tastes and has choices for americans who are picky loved this hotel and just a short walk from a beautiful sandy beach

El estado de limpieza de la habitación fue inaceptable. Las sábanas se encontraban sucias y manchadas, con presencia de cabellos, y el baño tenía un mal olor evidente, lo cual genera una sensación de falta de higiene y cuidado que no es acorde con los estándares esperados de un hotel.

We had a layover in SAL - needed a hotel close by. It is posted on the app that this hotel is 6.13 miles from SAL airport. It took us over 40 mins and a $40 taxi ride each way because the fact is the location is 11 Kilometers from SAL. The roads were horrible going and coming adding to the delays. Totally misleading us as we thought we were staying a place close to the airport to catch our flight the next morning. Once arrived the room was extremely small - shower only ice cold water. Restaurant food was good but surprisingly very pricey $60 for the two of us. For us the biggest issue was lack of value and the misleading close location. When we contacted the front desk before arriving all the said was they have nothing to do with the wrong distance posed on your Hotel app. Our point is we over paid and got very little sleep due to the location compounded by the horrible road that required very slow driving. We absolutely would have stayed at another hotel close to SAL if we had known.
