“Photos are deceiving. The futon had many old body oil spots. Dust in the livingroom. When we arrived, the grey bedding bedroom bedding was covered in body odor. Had to wash the bedding before use. White bedding had old stains on it. Patio area, table broken full of junk. The outdoor area/neighborhood is run down. Dishwasher foul odor. Over all dirty feeling and unsanitary. Needs a good deep clean. Bathroom shower head good. Keurig good. Nice large livingroom TV. Cute cats on the outdoor……

“The condo is easy to get to a few blocks off I35. Close to many restaurants, Starbucks, Sam’s Club, etc. The unit was very clean, well appointed, and tvs in each room. Great space with a wash and dryer. The on-site manager was very helpful and quick to respond. The only thing that wasn’t great and it isn’t the fault of this owner - we looked forward to the pool since we didn’t go on our river float but the pool was VERY dirty and the trash was overflowing throughout the complex.
