「The room was cute. My wife liked it. The property was nice. Just a few issues we encountered. Apparently nobody stays at the property. So if you need anything, you have to text or call. I needed ice and couldn't get in, so I texted and then waited 46 minutes to get the code to get in for ice. If you have to have access codes, then those need to be given when you get the access code for your room. Also, the pool in the description said it was heated, but it wasn't. My wife wanted to swim, but...

「We loved feeding the deer!
-We needed blankets, and there was no way to contact anyone nor was there a front desk to ask for more.
-the pool was closed for the season (fine), but don’t advertise it as an amenity on your website with no indication it’s seasonal.」

「No place to sit comfortably, needs more furnishing.
- Bedroom only have two night stands and a bed - NO dresser to place clothes in
- Living room only has a sofa, It does not have chairs - so only 3 can sit in the living room on the sofa
- Dining room had a small table and a 2 benches so its uncomfortable to dine and only sits 4
I would not stay here again.」

「Unfortunately we were placed in a cabin that was overtaken with mold in both restrooms, one was off of the main bedroom where we slept. It is cabin B. We asked for a partial refund and got 30% back.

There's no office on site, but there appears to be people living there close by the pool. Never saw anyone there except a...
