"This is our favorite place to stay since 4 years ago when my daughter started college, is close to Texas State University, the staff is nice and kind, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is the best part well I love it and the way that they make you feel doesn't have words. "Rooms clean and updated, good tv, newish appliances. No bad smells, no rust, etc. 2x Free drinks everyday and light snacks was a Plus. Breakfast had many options! Plenty of seats n tables All over the lobby/downstairs. Plenty of parking but filled up quick @ $12 a day. Staff was very friendly n typical Southern hospitality. For a picky guy like me, I was very impressed"

"For breakfast they have eggs and link sausage. There is a pancake maker, and the rest is basic. I only choose the building across the parking lot bc they are inside entrances. Those rooms only have double beds. They are very comfortable. The rooms are always clean. This is my 2nd time staying in the building across the parking lot. If you need a larger bed those are outside opening rooms kinda like motels."
