THREE COZY BEDROOMS & TWO FULL BATHROOMS

Bedroom 1 – Features a king-sized bed, en-suite private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, plus a flat-screen TV and sliding glass doors leading to the back balcony & hot tub.

Bedroom 2 – A queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors providing direct access to the back balcony & hot tub.

Bedroom 3 – Ideal for families or groups, featuring a bunk bed set plus a full-sized bed, along with a flat-screen TV.

Each bedroom and the living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, electronic charging outlets, and individual mini-split AC units with remote controls for personalized temperature settings.

The second full bathroom is conveniently located at the end of the hallway near all three bedrooms and includes a shower/tub combination, toilet, and sink.

Perfect for our family stay

We couldn’t ask for a better place for our family to get together for Thanksgiving. Nice stroll to the river on the property. Plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy. The hot tub on the deck was a plus! Kitchen was great for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Living room was just right to play board games.

AMAZING!!!!!!!

The host did a magnificent job on everything including instructions. It was the right amount of distance from places we needed to go and the river was so nice right in the back. 50/10 most definetly ccoming back :)

Amazing house on the river with tons of cool stuff to do. The river is just a short one minute walk from the house. So magical! They have some floats tied up where you enter the water, perfect for hanging out on. There’s a hot tub, plenty of hammocks, a grill, in unit laundry - everything you need for a relaxing stay. The house itself is super cute with vintage fixtures and furniture. Location is great with tons of cool stuff in San Mo nearby

Great property with river access and close to everything

We stayed here for alumni weekend at Texas State. Pros: - Close to everything but feels secluded/alone in a good way - Lots of chairs (very random and mismatched and arguably not the most comfortable but thats ok!) - We saw so much nature! Deers, snakes, spiders, caterpillars, etc. - Master bed was VERY comfortable, other bed less comfy but still good - Gumby's delivers here Cons: - Kitchen leaves much to desire, basically just plates and bowls - Very dusty and dirty in crevices that should be cleaned - Bunk bed is very squeaky - Living room could use more seating If you're just staying for one night for something at TXST (aka busy and around town more than at the VRBO) I think it's great. I just would like it to be cleaned more thoroughly.

The Lux

My family and I stayed for few days at the Lux Blanco for my daughter’s TXST NSO. The house had literally everything we needed for our stay. Beds very comfortable, Kitchen had all appliances needed to cook whatever we wanted. Check in was very simple and quick. Mrs Shayan (the host)was very quick to respond and understanding to any questions we had.We hope to stay again there soon !

San Marcos Getaway

My partner and I had a splendid stay at this property nestled away in a river-adjacent neighborhood. We enjoyed swinging in the patio hammock and chatting on the back porch overlooking their large yard shrouded in trees. 2 friendly but mouthy small dogs from next door accompanied us on a few walks through the small wooded area down to the river throughout the weekend. Though the river access was modest and not totally private, we enjoyed sitting by the water. We felt like we had far more space than we knew what to do with when hanging out inside. The owner was quite responsive to any questions/issues that arose which was a huge boon to our stay. Would highly recommend for medium-sized groups or families looking for a cozy place to stay when visiting town.

Okay stay!

The inside of the property was nice..a few things were just off.. like there was a coffee maker, but it didnt have a coffee pot. The trash buns outside were really full and full of food stuffs, so there were flies all around that were getting inside the house. The listing said river front, but the property is in fact not on the river. Otherwise, a nice place and great location. Working out a few kinks and cleanliness it would be awesome.
