“Amazing location right next to everything in Verona. No receptionist. But will give it a 5 based on price and location. Outdated AC.”

“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“Bella la struttura, il personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Unica pecca: ho prenotato una junior suite, ma il letto era un divano letto. Non ho dormito benissimo a causa della scomodità (sentivo la differenza di dove sotto c'era il pezzo di divano e di dove non c'era. Mi dispiace, ma il divano letto non può essere l'unico letto a disposizione di una camera senza che il cliente lo sappia, tra l'altro.”

“Loved the proximity to the Arena and the other sights of Verona. Very cool decor and extremely well presented room with excellent air conditioning. Generous complimentary drinks in the mini-bar. Only downside was that the balcony was too small to be able to sit out on.”

“Lilia was a most welcoming hostess. The facilities are almost new since the hotel was only opened in Feb of this year. The location is very central and across the street from Juliet’s House. Would highly recommend this property.”

“We made a very last minute booking around 6pm to stay that night. The staff were so accommodating to help us out and nothing was a problem for them. We were met at night by a member of staff and taken to the apartment which was so beautiful and very comfortable. The place was very clean. Such a comfortable master bedroom and a great size sofa bed in the lounge. Washing machine available but we didn’t need to use it. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Verona. Recommend……

“It was pretty nice close to all the important sites. The only thing I would say for improvement would be. There is one balcony if another guest is sitting there, you cannot use the balcony. I would strongly recommend to utilize both balconies for guests, which means to put chairs and table on inside the other balcony also”
