「The room was clean, the staff super friendly the breakfast was good. Super quiet place if you want to relax.」

「The staff is under trained, the food does not reflect the price, treat their staff terribly in front of their guests, the water is more expensive than food itself. I was not prepared for the condition of the room I used. It was so dirty, especially the bathroom. The only area they give a little maintenance is the yard. I believe the price was too much for the condition of the property. 」

「They wanted to charge us for towel that according to them we had damaged- had a stain We stayed for 2 nights. Our room was never clean , room was not clean, not a hair dryer. Place closed very early for dinner by 6:30 The price they charge is way too much not worth the place. Thank you」

「Everything here was excellent: food, our room and the staff. The beach at low tide was great for walking and clean. Our room, the Golden room, was private and quiet. All meals were delicious, served by lovely staff. The pool is wonderful during the heat of the day and the ocean view amazing. 」

「We stayed in the rooms with ocean view and it was breathe taking getting to see the sunrise. Food and drinks are amazing!! Try the alcoholic beverage with passion fruit, it’s chef’s kiss! The drive was so nice and easy, the roads are in good condition! I will definitely be coming back next year.」

「Very clean room and comfortable bed. Quiet at night even on the weekend which is surprising. Biggest thing they need are curtains or a proper dark blind on the windows. Clear blinds are not good. There was a little issue checking in as they took a little while to confirm the booking from hotels.com, but it was fine. Also no clear parking so you have to find somewhere on the local streets. As for El Cuco. Skip it. It's a locals dump.」

「We booked the room for 2 nights but only spent 1 night. There was a strong chemical odor that wouldn't go away. May have been our luck as no reviews mentioned anything about any odors. Access to the bea h is amazing. The hotel staff friendly. Again, had it not been for the odor, don't think any other issues. The showerhead could be replaced.」
