Chantra Khiri Chalet Chiang Mai

Chantra Khiri Chalet Chiang Mai

10/10 Excellent
"The room ( suite) we selected was one of the largest and most beautiful rooms we have stayed in anywhere in the world. The public rooms and pool were lovely. I wished the dining room had a couple more choices of vegetarian food. The staff made efforts but I suspect some of our disappointments ( mild) were due to language confusion . Beautiful grounds and views."

"We had a wonderful stay at ibis Chiang Mai Nimman Journeyhub and were very impressed with the overall experience. The room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the housekeeping service was truly tip-top. Everything was kept neat and tidy throughout our stay. The front counter staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional, especially Mr. Nest. He was always very polite, welcoming and greeted guests with a genuine smile. His excellent service really made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel is also in a very good and convenient location, making it easy to get around Chiang Mai, with many restaurants, cafes and shopping areas nearby. We were also impressed by how clean and pleasant the hotel feels from the moment we walk in. There is a very welcoming and positive vibe throughout the hotel. Overall, this was a very enjoyable stay, thanks not only to the excellent location and cleanliness, but especially to the wonderful staff and housekeeping team. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Chiang Mai! 👍😊"

The Clover Hotel

The Clover Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"We really enjoyed our stay at Clover. The property was very well maintained, and the pool and garden areas were beautiful and relaxing. The lobby was welcoming and guest-friendly, and the staff were consistently kind, polite, and helpful. We especially appreciated that they allowed guests to enjoy outside food in the dining area, which made our stay even more convenient. Our room was spacious, modern, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The only minor issue we noticed was that an occasional odor would come from the bathroom, which seemed like it may have been coming from the drains. One feature we really liked was that each room has its own doorbell and digital do not disturb sign, from this digital panel you could tell if someone was in the room or not. My only suggestion would be to provide two room keys by default, as it was a bit difficult for roommates to go out separately. We didn't ask for an extra key during our stay, so it's possible the hotel does offer them upon request. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again."

"Great hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast team were really helpful and were able to meet my dietary needs. Great variety of food available for breakfast and dinner. Hotel was clean. Hotel provided a shuttle service into various areas but we never caught this. Two minute drive from the Maya centre and 10 minute drive to the old square. We had a great stay here as a family."
