“The owners and staff at this place were so friendly and helpful, the entire team went over and beyond helping our first time in San Pedro a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, easy walk to good restaurants, markets, beach, and water activities. My daughter and I felt completely safe in the area, they have a locked gate system, for security. The room was clean, beds were comfy. We were in the pearl room on the 3rd floor with great views of the ocean. One tip of advice.. no elevators..……

“I could not say enough good things about this hotel. I would recommend it with no reservations. because our fishing tour canceled on us last minute, the hotel helped me make arrangements home early. They helped me exchange all of my Belize, money into US dollar, so I would not lose out on being able to exchange considering we left on a holiday and the bank was closed. They went above and beyond helping me to do that so I wouldn’t lose hundreds of dollars. Especially Mireisy Rax at the front……

“Clean, safe with friendly service, and a nice room. Only nitpick is the mattress was a little too soft. Conveniently located near water taxis and bars and restaurants.”

The location is perfect—quiet and relaxing, yet close enough to enjoy the surrounding area and activities. “This is a beautiful property and the staff is very helpful. The one thing I would add as an amenity is that if late check out is unavailable there should be an area for guests to shower if they have a later departure. ”

Location was nice - right next to a grocery store. Away from the hustle, but close enough to get right into the downtown area. They provided drinking water which was great.”
