“The hotel is beautiful and the staff is helpful and friendly”

“From the time I booked this trip, until I checked out, staff were attentive and very pleasant. The shuttle to and from the airport, effortless and quick. The bar staff were very friendly and personable. The food was fresh and seasoned very well! Renting a golf cart was very convenient. The Resort is in the perfect spot, not too close to town, not too far. Very relaxing and serene view of the ocean. Fine dining staff were exceptionally great and friendly! The spa staff were awesome! I recommend……

“The resort was nice, the meals were very good but a lot my expensive than I thought they would be. Because we didn't have cell service we didn't feel comfortable leaving the resort because we could get lost and the city was very dirty with garbage everywhere. The bathroom was rusty and you had to leave the bathroom door closed at all times to avoid heating up the entire cottage. The cottage was cute though. ”

One suggestion would be to add either microwaves to the rooms or somewhere accessible for guests. Also, a little disappointed that there isn’t direct beach access but we made due and still thought the property was gorgeous and we would definitely stay here again!! ”

“Accommodation was a spacious, modern and clean 2 bedroom/2bath Unit, full kitchen, luxurious Livingroom, semi-private pool. We had everything we could possibly want or need. Kitchen stocked with pots/pans, utensils, plates etc. The resort only has two restaurants, and to get to anywhere, you need to take a ferry. But the Ferry operates on a regular schedule.”

“Loved my stay at El Ben’s! The property never felt crowded during our stay, or too noisy ant any point. Our cabaña was clean and spacious. The food was delicious, and the staff were so friendly and approachable. The office staff was extremely accommodating to our needs (I messaged them a lot LOL), and really made us feel like our stay was seamless. I’ve also been to Belize almost 10 times and absolutely LOVE it for so many different reasons, it would take too long to review here. Watermark has been recently renovated. Here’s why my review will be different from others: I know what kind of travelers my husband and I are.
