"Really nice and big ocean front suites! We really liked our room on the third floor. Staff were really nice and accommodating. The hotel is well located with a lot of restaurants around."

"The pool was enjoyable and host was good with communication. However, the place felt a bit run down, the elevator was a bit sketchy, and some of the door locks were insecure but had been fixed upon request. Otherwise good spot for being walkable from the marina and the patio/pool area had lots of sitting and great views. "

"Good location across from the ferry terminal, although that did make it busy at times it was convenient. Breakfast “buffet” isn’t actually a buffet but a waffle thing, toast, eggs, and fruit that show up when the hosts arrive in the morning, but the time varies. Room was nice and clean. Our room had a decent kitchen but there was nothing in the kitchen to cook with. No hot water at all, even after telling them about it, sink and shower had no water pressure hardly. had room was finally cleaned on the 6 day and that was after asking for a couple days. Decent room overall for cost"

"Everyone who works there is professional and friendly, and always available to assist with whatever you need. The property is right on the water and is beautiful, quiet and convenient. Special shout out to the dive shop - we had amazing trips snorkeling. Dennis our guide was the best. Also would highly recommend Mary and Addy for their massage skills! Thank you for an amazing time!"

"This hotel’s location is excellent. It is walking distance to the Belize water taxi, making it easy to go on day trips to the mainland or to Caye Caulker. The included breakfast is basic but sufficient. Staff were all lovely, and the pool was great. The beds were below average. You must rent a golf cart as the hotel is not on the main strip, bonus is it’s quiet!"

"Parking was good. Room was like a really nice apartment with full kitchen. AC worked great and was easy to adjust by room for individual preference. Definitely planning a longer stay next year."
