"For that low price I found it amazing: comfortable, clean, quiet. The staff were so friendly. I had an early check-in at 10:30 AM free if charge. The location: close to everything I needed, restaurants, ATM, shops, bike rental just in front."

"Host switched unit with no prior notice (bait-and-switch?). Host claimed reason was because hot water didn't work in original unit, but there no hot water in the shower of the provided unit either. Provided unit did not match the advertised unit in amenities or condition. Building was damaged by recent earthquake (10/25) and was riddled with cracks and repairs were going on in nearby empty units. Host was difficult to contact."

"Staff were very helpful and accomodating. The room was very clean. However, the sink wasn't draining properly and when reported, nothing was really done."

"Courteous helpful staff. Stairs were a problem as there is no elevator. Hot/cold water dispenser left me with a burn on hand as hot water and cold water tabs are too close to each other and there is no safety stop on the hot water tab. "

"The facility may be so aged and a bit rundown but their improvements are on-going these period. Breakfast is a bonus but not quite enough, just simple and pinoy ordinary bfast. Yet the people, the team - from dining crew to front desk and to housekeeping, they are all good, and humane. They intend to take care of their of their guests like me. I am so happy. "
