“There was no beach view from the apartment, which was disappointing. I was under the impression that this was on the beach. It was not. It was across the street and to get to the beach you had to walk across the street and through a vacant lot. We did enjoy the pool and the host was very helpful with any questions we had.”

“We spent a month at the condo in Marbella and had a wonderful time. The few minor issues that we had were readily addressed by Bernie and everything was just as had been advertised. Bernie was very accessible when we needed to speak to him. Our biggest problem was not speaking Spanish, which made it difficult to communicate at times when speaking with workers at the resort or out in the community. Richard, who has the Calmado Blu and the car rental across the street was very helpful. He rented……

“Enjoyed our 1 month stay at this gorgeous condo. View from the 19th floor is absolutely stunning, giving us gorgeous sunrise and sunset. The host is quick to answer any requests that we had. Staff is super friendly and pool area was quiet during our stay and well taken care of as is the overall property. Security here is great. We highly recommend”

“On a eu un très bon séjour. L'emplacement est très bon a côté de pleins de restaurants, la plage juste a coté ( juste une petite rue a traversé, un stationnement et on y est). Les propriétaires sont toujours là pour nous aider. Vraiment très agréable. Si vous venez en voiture de Punta Cana vous allez avoir 3 péages de 100, 60, et 100 pesos chacun. Ils ne prennent pas la carte, mais us dollar où pesos. Je recommande fortement.”

“The apartment smelled like mildew, because being so hot outside the sliding doors or the front door could not be opened to let the odor out. Some Pots, pans and other utensils had burned or scratched Teflon, the coffee pot was dirty when we got there. Marbella now has a stray cat invasion that begs at the outdoor restaurant. Some of them were sick. The amazing view made up for all of this, but we will be looking for another location next time.”
