"This property was all it advertised and more. Pure paradise! The apartment was impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had all the essential dishes and appliances. Its conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and a mini mart. The pool and jacuzzi were steps from the building. And the beach is just steps away from the pool. "On a eu un très bon séjour. L'emplacement est très bon a côté de pleins de restaurants, la plage juste a coté ( juste une petite rue a traversé, un stationnement et on y est). Les propriétaires sont toujours là pour nous aider. Vraiment très agréable. Si vous venez en voiture de Punta Cana vous allez avoir 3 péages de 100, 60, et 100 pesos chacun. Ils ne prennent pas la carte, mais us dollar où pesos. Je recommande fortement."

"The apartment smelled like mildew, because being so hot outside the sliding doors or the front door could not be opened to let the odor out. Some Pots, pans and other utensils had burned or scratched Teflon, the coffee pot was dirty when we got there. Marbella now has a stray cat invasion that begs at the outdoor restaurant. Some of them were sick. The amazing view made up for all of this, but we will be looking for another location next time."
