Music played all evening…. Very loud! The bed was comfortable but the shower needs some work! I think someone needs to show them how to clean😳

There was no hot water, one day my shower spewed water all over, I called the front desk and they fixed it. Shower was still cold. Toilet did not work but was fixed. Overall the place was clean and balcony good. The ride to and from the Water Taxi was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

There is nothing Royal about this place. It’s super dirty and disgusting. The entire time we stayed there nobody checked on us or cleaned the room, not even talk about changing the towels. It smells horrible, the bathroom is in terrible condition, shower is leaking, walls are all dirty. KEEP IN MIND THE REVIEWS ARE FABRICATED, there is no way that’s a real score for this dump

There was quite serious mold on the shower ceiling, hard to keep the curtain closed so water doesn't go everywhere, paint peeling off the walls. Curtains had holes. Tv didn't work. WiFi was atrocious. Quite possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, but you get what you pay for I guess.

No puedo opinar más sobre las instalaciones ya que llegue el día de mi reservación y ya estando pagada no respetaron mi reserva y todo estaba ocupado un señor nos atendió y no sabía nada y llego un chico un poco mas amable quien también trabaja en el hotel y nos llevo a otro hotel pues le pidió el favor q nos diera hospedaje por que él estaba saturado todo
