Very nice place. It was very quite at nite whitch is a bog plus. Clean, nice shower, eberything worked. I would stay there again.

Quaint & Simple Stay in a Chill Neighboorhood of San Pedro

Upon arrival there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke even though there were numerous "No Smoking Signs Inside". The Condo was otherwise very clean and in great shape. The condo is located in a small little part of town on the south side of San Pedro. There was a tremendous amount of parking for all the golfcarts, motorbikes and bicycles for the Six Condo units. Our biggest complaint was that being metal condo units and staying on the lowest level you will hear all of the movement from the two units above you. Whether it be furniture moving, people or cooking. Overall we enjoyed our two-week stay at the Box Condos and look forward to heading back to San Pedro soon.

My husband and I stayed at the box house condo for 5 weeks in January/February 2026. We had a great time. The condo is as described. The beds are comfy with nice sheets, plenty of towels and very fluffy towels. Modern shower and bathroom with plenty of hot water. There is a very convenient laundry with washers and dryers. The AC works great. We had a couple minor issues while we were there and the management company addressed it immediately. It's a great central location to use as a home base. We rented a golf cart and there is plenty of parking. It is a safe location, some of the units are owner owned and some are rentals. We would recommend and rent again!
